Job Fair Tampere is a free of charge matchmaking and networking event open to all job seekers and companies — regardless of industry or company size. The event places a special focus on positions that do not necessarily require Finnish language skills. The event is free of charge for all participants and will be held entirely in English.
For employers and startups
Connect face-to-face with international talent! All industries and company sizes in the Tampere Region Employment Area are welcome. A free stand is included, and registered companies get visibility through event marketing.
If your company has open positions for roles that don’t require fluent Finnish, this free event helps you reach candidates with diverse skills and backgrounds.
If your company does not have any open positions at the moment, you can still join the event! You will get a chance to strengthen your employer brand, meet local talent, and build future recruitment networks.

Job Fair Tampere is your chance to meet companies, explore job opportunities, and learn about services that support employment and integration.
Not all participating companies may have open positions right now. The event still gives you a rare opportunity to build connections, learn about their future recruitment needs, and start conversations that may open doors later on.
This year, there is also a dedicated area for startups, where you can discover new and emerging companies—and even get the chance to become part of their success story, for example through internships or by joining as a co-founder.
Whether you’re actively job hunting or just curious, this event helps you network, discover new paths, and present your skills. Everyone is welcome—no matter your background or computer skills.

At the event

Prepare to meet recruiters and possibly be interviewed.

Get to know employers by visiting their stands. Not all companies may have open positions right now, but networking and pitching your skills can open doors for future opportunities.

Practice presenting yourself clearly and confidently to employers. Think about how your skills match their industry and future needs.

- Join our workshops: Pitching To Recruiters and Networking for Hidden Jobs
- A workshop helping you to prepare for the Job Fair and similar networking opportunities. This workshop will help you create a clear message of what you have to offer to recruiters. It also offers tips and opportunities for networking and hidden jobs.
- The workshop will run two times: 12.15-12.45 & 13.30-14.00
- We will take in the first 30 participants who arrive at the workshop.
