Job Fair Tampere

The most effective way to recruit and find work in Tampere!

Job Fair Tampere is a free of charge matchmaking and networking event open to all job seekers and companies — regardless of industry or company size. The event places a special focus on positions that do not necessarily require Finnish language skills. The event is free of charge for all participants and will be held entirely in English.

Date and time: 1.10.2025 at 12.00-16.00
Venue: Tampere-talo. Yliopistonkatu 55, 33100 Tampere, Finland

For employers

Job Fair Tampere is a great opportunity to connect with international talent. If your company is hiring for roles that don’t necessarily require Finnish, this event can help you reach candidates with diverse backgrounds and skills.  The event is free of charge and open to all industries and sizes.

What’s new this year:
For 2025, your company does not need to be actively recruiting to participate. Companies without current job openings are encouraged to join. It’s a great opportunity to strengthen your employer brand, connect with local talent, and build networks for future recruitment. A free stand is provided for all participating companies.

Please note that space is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis – so be sure to secure your spot early! Registered companies will gain visibility through event marketing and reach the right jobseekers.

Jobseeker

If you are seeking a place to show your skills and connect with company representatives, Job Fair Tampere is the place for you! We welcome all jobseekers, regardless of educational background or computer skills!

• Prepare to meet the recruiters and be interviewed.
• Get to know the employers by visiting their stand at the event.
• Practice pitching yourself personally to employers for the jobs you have or will apply for.
• Visit our partners' booths at the event for information on education, employment, and support services.
