    International House Tampere yhdessä Tampereen yliopiston ja TAMKin kanssa auttaa tamperelaisia yrityksiä löytämään parhaat osaajat oikeaan aikaan. Hyödynnä huomisen kansainväliset osaajat jo nyt – työvoiman tarve kasvaa tulevaisuudessa.

    Miten pääset mukaan? 

    Haluatko tutustua kansainvälisten opiskelijoiden osaamiseen ja mahdollisuuksiin? 

    • Jos et vielä tiedä, millaista osaamista Tampereen yliopiston ja TAMKin kansainvälisissä tutkinto-ohjelmissa opiskelee tai miten opiskelijayhteistyö voisi hyödyttää yritystänne, jutellaan asiasta. Autamme tunnistamaan yrityksellenne sopivia mahdollisuuksia ja löytämään yhdessä sopivan tavan lähteä liikkeelle. 

    Kiinnostaako kohdennettu harjoittelijan haku? 

    • Jos etsit harjoittelijaa tiettyyn tehtävään, autamme tunnistamaan tehtävään sopivat tutkinto-ohjelmat ja tavoittamaan juuri oikean opiskelijaryhmän. Voimme jakaa tiedon harjoittelumahdollisuudesta suoraan relevantille kansainvälisten opiskelijoiden kohderyhmälle ilman avointa laajaa hakua. Ota yhteyttä, niin jutellaan lisää. 

    Haluatko tavata sopivia opiskelijoita kasvotusten?  

    • Osallistu Internship Kickstart –tapahtumasarjaan. Tapahtumissa yritykset pääsevät kohtaamaan oman toimialansa kansainvälisiä opiskelijoita pienissä, kohdennetuissa tapaamisissa, jotka voivat avata ovia harjoittelu-, opinnäytetyö- ja rekrytointiyhteistyöhön. Tapahtumien kattoteemana on suomalainen työelämäkulttuuri, ja ne voidaan järjestää joko yrityksen tiloissa tai kampuksella. Ilmoita kiinnostuksesi Internship Kickstart -tapahtumaan tästä!  

    Kansainvälisyysseteli tukena harjoittelijan palkkaamiseen 

    • Kansainvälisyysseteli-pilotti tarjoaa työnantajille mahdollisuuden hakea 3 000 euron tukea kansainvälisen korkeakouluopiskelijan palkkaamiseen harjoitteluun. Tarkemmat hakuohjeet julkaistaan myöhemmin. Jos mahdollisuus kiinnostaa yritystänne, kerromme mielellämme lisää ja ilmoitamme, kun haku avautuu.

    • If you are not yet familiar with the skills and expertise of students in the international degree programmes at Tampere University and TAMK, or how collaboration with students could benefit your company, let’s talk. We can help you identify opportunities that suit your company’s needs and find the right way to get started.

    Interested in a targeted intern search?

    • If you are looking for an intern for a specific role, we can help identify the most suitable degree programmes and reach the right group of students. We can share information about the internship opportunity directly with a relevant target group of international students without launching a broad open recruitment campaign. Get in touch and let’s discuss further.

    Would you like to meet suitable students face to face?

    • Take part in the Internship Kickstart event series. These events give companies the opportunity to meet international students from their own field in small, targeted sessions that can open doors to internship, thesis and recruitment collaboration. The overarching theme of the events is Finnish working life culture, and they can be organised either at company premises or on campus. Register your interest in the Internship Kickstart event here!

    International voucher to support hiring an intern

    • The international voucher pilot offers employers the opportunity to apply for €3,000 in funding to hire an international higher education student for an internship. Detailed application instructions will be published later. If this opportunity is of interest to your company, we are happy to provide more information and let you know when the application period opens.
