This event highlights the inspiring journeys of women in manufacturing and automation, offering motivation and insights for aspiring professionals. Companies in Tampere will share insights and their efforts to support women in this industry. Participants will also be able to get information on Reboot Skills trainings presented by Dimecc Oy and University of Oulu, and explore courses from TAKK Tampere Adult Education Centre and Tredu Tampere Vocational College and discover job opportunities in the sector.

Quality Manager at Treon“Ella would describe herself as quality and continuous improvement enthusiast. With a background of Industrial Engineering and Management studies from Tampere University, she joined Treon in 2020 as a Business Analyst trainee during the company’s growth phase. Her role quickly expanded to leading the Quality Management System project and further developing quality and process improvements, driven by her passion for QHSE themes.
Natalia Leinonen
Co-Founder and CTO at Spogen.aiNatalia Leinonen is a co-founder and CTO of spogen.ai, a startup that transforms manufacturing and heavy machinery operations through conversational AI, making work more accessible and efficient. With over 15 years in tech, her journey has taken her through robotics, machine vision, building her own self-driving robotics startup, and working with lasers. Now, she’s all about making complex tech more user-friendly, and she’s a big believer in encouraging more women to step into technical and technical leadership roles.
Jatta Kallio
Manufacturing Manager at ValmetJatta Kallio began as a manufacturing manager summer trainee at Valmet’s Tampere Workshop in 2015 and has since held various roles. She graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from TAMK in 2016 and is currently pursuing a master’s degree at LUT. Since 2018, she has managed a manufacturing line producing boiler pressure parts for Valmet’s Recovery and Power Boilers, overseeing both blue-collar welders and white-collar professionals
