The campaign is designed to support companies in attracting and hiring skilled professionals from outside the Tampere region.
Eligibility: Open to all Tampere-based companies with open job positions.
Cost: Participation is free for both companies and talents.
What the Campaign Includes:
- Comprehensive Media Coverage: Paid and organic digital marketing to promote the campaign, participating companies, and available job openings in targeted countries.
- Headhunting and Talent Sourcing: Collaboration with a dedicated HR recruitment partner to identify and source top candidates.
- Network Collaboration: Promotion of your company and job vacancies through key networks, such as Business Finland’s target markets (both within and outside the EU) and EURES.
- Event Promotion: Open job positions highlighted at major events in Tampere, the Netherlands, and Brazil.
- Candidate Interviews: Opportunities for companies to meet and interview shortlisted candidates in person.
- Hospitality for Finalists: Complimentary accommodation, local transportation, and curated activities for finalists and their families to experience Tampere.
Optional Company Contribution: Companies can opt to cover flight costs for their selected candidates, but this is not mandatory.
